N.C.E. Equipment

Hi Folks;

I have an N.C.E. Powercab with its instruction manual.Although I can see this stuff is made in the states , nowhere in" the book of wods" Does it state what the initials N.C.E stand for !! Can anyone enlighten me ?? Just curious that's all ...Many thanks .
