Agree with George, that's an absolutely cracking shot.

Thanks Guys, three things to remember with Track.

Rails = Metal.

Sleepers = Wood

Ballast = Mineral.

All tone and weather at different rates and so would be different colours, and not all one uniform colour except in circumstances like the Oily Yard pics on the previous pages.

I like the scenic verge in the foreground. I wonder if the little people need some sort of barrier installed, like a fence.

just a thought.

Dougal

Thanks Dougal, there was originally going to be a high wire mesh security fence, but that looked stupid, then I thought about some Field Fencing but really not sure, so then I thought that maybe the fence was behind me :O.

So as you can see, I am confused, but like the greenery, it won't be rushed.

All my Scenic materials are now re boxed and ready to go down to Amp Sher on Thursday morning, once I get settled which could be some many Months.

Thanks again for your input and suggestion, and it's always good to get some one else's fresh ideas.

But a nice looking stabling point and loco’s :-)

Thanks, And yes, there is something quite satisfying seeing a gaggle of Locos gathered around in a Siding or Fuelling Point.

After seeing Al's post on the Lunapic website I had a go.

I assume Andy you saved it as a gif. file to keep the animation working?

So here is my effect from an earlier picture I posted but with static rain
