Gordon A Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 This one day mixed traffic gala will see up to 6 locomotives in operation from the home fleet, hauling a variety of passenger and freight trains throughout the day. Income from train fares and your support will help the overhaul of our own resident industrial steam locomotive, Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn 0-6-0T No. 7151. We are delighted to announce that supporting our home fleet locos during our Industrial Mixed Traffic Gala on Saturday 16th March is Hudswell Clarke 0-4-0ST No 1742 'Millom' courtesy of our friends at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. We extended our thanks to them for the loan. If you want to see this plucky little industrial in action do be sure to save the date and come for a visit, she’ll be running all day alongside five members of our home fleet. Remember this event is organised in aid of raising funds for the Overhaul of Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn 0-6-0T No 7151, so please do come along and show your support.
