z21 woes

I had an issue with a brand new Z21 Black! Very unusual I was told but a new one was eventually sent by Rails of Sheffield. I phoned Gaugemaster and they were really helpful. They have a much clearer guide to the Z21 than the instructions you get in the box.

 

I had help from a friend, via Whatsapp, on connecting it up.

Really? Not sure how you can much clearer than the Roco manual.

The GaugeMaster documents are out of date as there is no mention of the new app.

 

Also why do people persist in calling a DC power supply a transformer? A transformer converts AC to AC, not AC to DC.

they couldn't care about anything but their fat pockets !!! I have had problems with them in the past as well as everyone i know. Not to mention they are overpriced BIG time !!!!

 

Might be a while back since you posted - but -  Just managed to get a £10 discount on a Helly 26  - not bad going to get that from a Yorkshireman.
