Class 90 - photoS and videos

I’ve started this feed as I couldn’t find one for the class 90. 
 

ive seen plenty of videos of these logos being used for freight and passenger. Thought it would be good to have a feed

 

please feel free to post any pics or videos you have. I haven’t got any of my own living several hundred miles away from the wires.

I remember having 90001 as a Hornsby model when I was a kid about 30 yrs ago in that livery.  Brings back good memories

Freightliners 66504 and 66505 removed 90018 and 90040 from Crewe EMD yesterday. They were moved to the Freightliner Depot at Crewe Basford Hall. It is intended to

repair both locos before reinstating them to traffic. I don`t if these are the locos which you are referring to.

Well at least the modern DB does sell locos that can be returned to traffic, not like the old EW&S who simply dumped traction in the yards at Toton and Healey Mills and waited for the weather to do it's stuff.

A number have been sent off for scrapping, 90030 and 90033 being the first with 90025 and 90031 expected to follow on.

 

Here is 90025 back in happier days (when it was 90125) at Carlisle back in 1994.
