They're like hens teeth. They do pop up on eBay though.

 

One option if you are prepared to do a bit of work such as replace wheels is to look for a GBL magazine D11. That magazine part work which had models with them.

 

There was one behind the model of Butler Henderson.

 Thanks for the tip, Jason. I picked up a static version over the weekend. As you say, needs some work, but it'll need some work in any respect.
