Just remembered another train which used an air piped brakevan.  The Humberstone Road scrap train to Cardiff on a Saturday.  Pretty sure it was a 37/7

EDIT

I actually meant Braunstone Gate !!!!!

Here is the caption written by "Gent of Leisure" and image coutesy of Don Gatehouse.  Loco 56073 is in Triple grey and the brakevan behind the loco is in red and grey "speedlink" livery.  I imagine the brakevan was required somewhere around Braunston Gate for a propelling movement

Recorded at Stenson Junction, Brush Type 5 Class 56 56073 'Tremorfa Steelworks' was appropriate traction for the 6V45 13:00 trainload scrap train from Leicester, Braunstone Gate en route to Cardiff Tidal Yard, the payload destined for the nearby ASW Steelworks.
