Tom Marshall (PhotograFix) - Buggleskelly Station (Will Hay, "Oh, Mr. Porter!") Models

Hello and firstly thanks Andy (Mod) for letting me post this here.

I run the Will Hay Appreciation Society and am a bit obsessed with the Will Hay film 'Oh, Mr. Porter!', the classic railway comedy from 1937.

My small online model shop can be found here: https://www.photogra-fix.com/railways where I've listed my 3D resin printed buildings of Buggleskelly Station and Signal Box, in scales OO, TT3, TT, N, Z, 6mm and T.  I also have some OO wagons inspired by the film, and colourised photos, t-shirts and other Will Hay memorabilia, along with some pieces from my other passion the Railway Series.

I'm taking orders for the model buildings (painted or unpainted) and they can take several weeks to fulfil as I'm a one man band so please bear this in mind before ordering.  If you are a Will Hay fan, please also feel free to join our society (it's free!) at www.buggleskelly.co.uk

Love Will Hay and most of the other classic British comedy from the "Good Old Days".

Growing up in the 1970s I was probably the right age for them when they were being shown on regular repeat on TV when B&W films didn't look dated.

What I didn't expect was to be the age I am now and listening to things like The Navy Lark, The Goons, Hancock, Round The Horne, Much Binding In The Marsh, etc. which were made decades before my time on the radio!

Calling all O gauge modellers!

I've decided to bite the bullet and offer a wagon in O gauge - but there's a bit of a catch. I've never released an O gauge wagon before, so I need to know I can cover my costs before placing the order with the manufacturer.

The cost of these wagons is much higher than the usual OO wagons so they will only be produced if at least 20 are sold on pre-order. If this goal is not reached by 22nd July 2022, all orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.

With that in mind, please place your pre-order today (and save £5): https://www.photogra-fix.com/railways

This 'Buggleskelly Ltd. Quarry Owners & Tarmacadam Manufacturer' 7 plank open wagon has the following features:

• Finely moulded body and chassis with internal detail represented

• Opening side doors

• Blackened strapping and metalwork

• Finely applied livery and printed details

• Profiled wheels and axles with brass bearing pockets

• Metal sprung buffers

• 3 link metal coupling chain with sprung coupling hook

Next Train's Gone!

Thanks

Tom

Good evening everybody.  I've recently completed two new buildings which are available from www.buggleskellystation.com

They are Crovan's Castle station and waiting room, ideal as a narrow gauge or standard gauge halt.  They are resin 3D printed and have fine details including detailed interiors.  The style is a mock church/castle style.  There are more photos at the link above.
