Adding Image File to Forum Always Duplicates

Each time I 'drag and drop' an image file into a forum entry, it gets added twice and I have to delete one of them.

 

Does anyone else have this?

I'm trying to get to the bottom of why it does it with drag and drop or copy and paste (it hadn't used to). Obviously it's OK to delete one of them afterwards and leave the other intact.

 

It doesn't do it if you choose the files to upload from the link.

@Ian Morgan - You are not alone.  I always get that now, whenever I copy & paste an image into a post. Then I have to delete one of the duplicates.

Ooh! where has by signature image gone .........

 

EDIT: fixed it by editing my signature - the image was there showing as still attached just not displaying right - re-inserted and deleted the bad one fixed it.

I thought it was just me and my incompetence, thanks!

Also, sometimes copy and paste from my photo's just leaves an icon but no picture.
