luke_stevens
Hi All, I hope this is the right place for 2023 announcement! On the Pierre Dominique website Piko seem to have announced an FS E428... https://www.pierredominique.com/p471-nos-produits.html?marque[0]=27&nouveaute[0]=1&champ_13[0]=trains&p=2 Luke 1

Spring to mind. Will post 2023 items here as I see them. Thanks, Neil

RMweb Premium jjb1970 Posted December 27, 2022 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 27, 2022 The E428 is an iconic locomotive, or at least the later series are, so it's a popular choice for those with an interest in Italian railways. However at that price it'll need to be good as you can find examples of the Rivarossi model (which is very good) for a lot less.

RMweb Gold D9020 Nimbus Posted December 31, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 31, 2022 I notice the new 2023 TT products are fitted with the current style of Tillig coupling instead of the older type they previously used. The only completely new item in TT is the BR93.0 2-8-2T. In N, the Whitcomb diesel including domestic US versions as well as USATC and NS. The SP diesel hydraulics in HO (obviously targeting the American market in a bigger way—and US-prototype modelling is quite popular in Germany), plus yet another V100 to add to the Roco, Trix/Märklin and Brawa versions…
SimonBoulton
The Roco new items have been announced. Looks like quite a few of the old Fleischmann models have been added to the range. I’m pleased to see the return of the CSD version of the Kreiglok and an era IV version of the T466.
Neils WRX
More Czech 751’s from Roco :-) Surprised by the SNCB class 20 in green as well. Neil

bluedepot
I had an email that said the vossloh de 18 was being made in ho by Hornby international, but can't see any reference to it. I can see it's in n by hobbytrain and tt by arnold. does anyone know anything further? cheers tim
ellocoloco
@bluedepot Is this what you are looking for? I think there are 4 versions on the Rivarossi website. I think it was announced last year so not in this years new items download.
bluedepot
hi nope that's a cz loko effishunter. similarish though. in this link below it mentions a vossloh de 18 in ho , but I wonder if they just got confused. https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/news/Hornby-2023-continental-range cheers tim Edited January 12, 2023 by bluedepot typo
ellocoloco
I reckon on some confusion then. Google couldn't find for me anything under those Rivarossi references except the webpage you listed above. Maybe confused with the Arnold model. Maybe next year.
bluedepot
oh well then I'll assume it's an error. I would imagine that someone else will come along and announce a de 18 in ho scale very soon. tim
Mike at C&M
That Roco "Swiss Express" Re4/4II is calling out my name. For those who want the "Swiss Express" coaches, LS Models announced these some time ago, but a likely release date for these in unknown.

RMweb Premium Claude_Dreyfus Posted January 15, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted January 15, 2023 I, for one, am pleased to see the return of the Roco BR64 tank engine in epoch IV condition. A little disappointed that they did not follow on from the BR 211 or the 798 railbus and make this part of their 'budget range', but I may need to take the plunge. Their BR38 (Prussian P8 in old money) looks lovely, but it may take some convincing for me to replace my current Fleischmann example, as the Roco is not cheap (even without sound).

I’m in agreement with you on the BR38, looks lovely but the price tag is pretty steep
