Warrington Model Railway Club’s Exhibition is coming up soon.

 

The dates are:

Saturday 21st October 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

and

Sunday 22nd October 10.00 am to 4:00 pm

at:

Warrington & Vale Royal College

Winwick Road Campus,

Winwick Road,

WARRINGTON WA2 8QA

 

Just off the A49 and close to the M6 & M62.

 

The venue has full disability access to all exhibits, toilets, and refreshments. Plenty of FREE parking is available on site.

 

Admission Prices:

 

Adults: £6; Children 5 –16: £1; Under 5s Free.

Seems like I missed out on another excellent exhibition at Warrington over the weekend having just watched a YouTube video.

Yes, another good one!

 

Don't think there was a bad layout among them, even the two "kids" layouts had a steady crowd.

 

Shout out to the young lad that sent an engine to the turntable to demonstrate how they worked to a very young child. Scottish Region layout ISTR. Sandaig?

 

Spent far too much on kits at the store at the back. Hope that the Wills LNER A2 Sun Castle went to a good home. I was umming and ahing over it, seemed well built, but it would have needed a new chassis rather than the Triang one it had.
