RMweb Premium polybear Posted March 24 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 24 Hi, I've just received a crossing vee filing jig that's noticeably thicker than the norm - can anyone tell me what the difference is please? The slots for the rail are deeper as well. Many thanks, Brian

I think the jigs were designed for code 75 but I clearly see your point. How bizarre, are they from EMGS Stores @polybear ?
RMweb Premium polybear Posted March 24 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted March 24 No idea of the supplier, sadly - I received them from the estate of another modeller.

This is an EMGS jig, with a chunk of code 75 for comparison 👍

Looking at the photo the slots are clearly deeper and wider making me think its a 7mm filing jig. If the slot is just under 3mm its possibly code 125 Edited March 31 by hayfield 1

Thanks, Brian Brian Prior to Templot Plug track I would have made an offer, having said that the Scale Seven Soc sell these quite cheaply
