Preferably an accountant first with an interest in modelling. It's no good have a business run by people who are first modellers because their decisions may be hobbyist and not always have a sound business basis.

 

We want Dapol to continue doing what it does well and make a return on investment from it so it can continue to develop it's model base and keep Bachmann on it's toes.

and doing tie ups with dealers and never producing anything in any timescale known to man. i am thinking of putting my Thumper order in my will, just in case.

 

With Dapol's acquired reputation and Bachmann's already known one, I think it is a wise move.
