RMweb Premium ullypug Posted July 5, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 5, 2011 I saw a train of 4 wheel Esso TTA's today at Bristol Temple Meads. The train arrived about 15.50 and as I left is was awaiting the road south west. I haven't seen TTA's at Bristol before and we don't see a lot of freight down zummerset way. Anybody know where it was going? I hope it wasn't just going to be shunted into St Phillip's Marsh...
Steadfast
Hi Andrew, This train runs every Tuesday 6V62 Fawley - St Philip's Marsh, about 13.15 off Westbury to Bristol via Bath. Some loaded tanks are dropped in SPM, with empties added on to the train. 6C62 to Tavistock Junction leaves SPM 15.30-16.00 ish with a mix of loadeds and empties. The loaded tanks are for Laira and Long Rock depots 6O34 runs from Tavistock Junction back to Fawley with the empties from both Bristol and Plymouth. I believe Wednesday sees the Long Rock tanks tripped from Plymouth to Penzance HTH jo
