Bruce Depot
Brought a load of photo's back from the UK last week to scan and had these sorted Sat, but then thought no point uploading onto the old site! Not sorted dates out for most yet, and the Cl26 is a bit poor but better than nothing I guess... sort some more in a while, better do some work i think! cheers Keith
Bruce Depot
Try and do the rest in one go... I know 47597 is at Carlisle, but is a ED loco and its Border country! Not sure 47704 is in Scotland, perhaps someone can advise the location as I have no details! Where are all the real trains! Thats it from me for Scottish photo's for a while at least. Its certainly easy uploading photo's onto this new forum! cheers Keith

jbg06003
Good to see RMWeb back in action again - congrats to the mods for all their hard work. A further selection of ScR 80's shots slanted towards some of the recent queries (some in other threads) Firstly, a 105 unit approaches Markinch with a Dundee to Edinburgh working in March 1980. HA had some units in both all blue and b/g at this time and would have presumably been seen on E&G services as well as to the Kingdom. Next, a couple of shots of the Aberdeen portion of the Up Postal The very mixed (vehicles wise) 4A40 11:10 Edinburgh-Aberdeen parcels approaches Perth. Finally, 47 362 descends Lochmuir bank with a Craiginches to Millerhill (? - must dig out my WTT) SLK. The opens are returning empty lime stock. IIRC the vehicles used in the 1990s were numbered 255xx. These look like ferry highs but I am no expert on wagons. Great stuff and keep posting - I luv em !!!!
