hoovernut
I have just found some items that I wish to buy from wizard models but I have not used them before. Can I ask what are people experiences when dealing with them?
Andy Y
Moved to Smaller suppliers section, this did not belong in Modelling musings. Deleted duplicate topic Tags are for tags, not sub-titles.
RMweb Gold 96701 Posted September 14, 2011 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 14, 2011 I've bought a few odds and ends from him at model railway exhibitions, and have no reason to suspect that you'd have any problems.
Mod5
Andrew is a member on here 'Major Clanger'. You will have no problems in any dealings with him at all.
halfwit
Funnily enough I was talking to a friend about this supplier today, he tells me that the service is very good.
Adam
I've always found Andrew's service as good as any small supplier reasonably can be. Bits ordered, bits in stock, bits swiftly and safely delivered, bits used. Process repeated several times. Happy punter makes usual disclaimer. dave_long
I'm a very satisfied customer, if you want something quickly their order turn round is pretty darn good.
newcastle_central
I'd recommend. I've bought from Wizard online and as said above I've always found them to be efficient, quick and always happy with both their products and those that they supply from others. Also bought direct them such as at expoEM north at the weekend. Similar experiance and always find them good value for money. Jonathan
craigwelsh
After Eileens Emporium i'd say Model Signal Engineering (Andrew) who now owns Wizard Models is the most useful supplier of bits for 4mm modellers about who travels to a lot of shows. Penrhos1920
His web order stuff usually arrives the next day. Not everything is in the web catologue. eg some of the signal kits so if you suspect he does something but can't see it drop him an email
RMweb Premium Mallard60022 Posted September 15, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 15, 2011 Recommended. Very efficient service and attends loads of shows. P @ 36E
Kenton
Another vote of confidence from here, just in case you haven't got the message yet Always helpful at shows and pretty quick with orders. But please remember he is a "small supplier" and with attending shows, fulfilling orders and restocking you need to give him some grace. Don't expect instant - just be happy when it happens.
