It had a 10 year career from 1951 to 1968 you know. It's when you read nonsense like this that you worry about the accuracy of everything else in the news. bike2steam Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Yep, saw her this morning, held up at the signals at Wareham station with all safety valves lifting, then exactly at 10 o'clock she got the green, and with an excellent show for the few on the platforms she smartly left, never mind she's got 'till saturday to get to Bristol, - taking over a train that starts from Poole .
