Lucky, i've had this damn cold for over a month now, just won't shift!

sorry to hear that.

hope you get over it soon.

well today it seems we have had every wagon/loco combination you could make from all the stock i own. :locomotive:

at least it kept us amused for a few hours. :sungum:

now best go and put the room back in some order and put some wagons away

then when Ruby finally goes to bed i can start a kit

looks like you had fun? :locomotive:

yeah but there is only so much fun to be had with a small oval of track and limited shunting, especially when ive got more wagons than track to put them on at present.

Quick bit of weathering tonight.

Rusted up a zkv wagon :)

had another go at this wagon last night as it looked too glossy and too orange.

made it much darker now.

just needs a matt varnish.post-11924-0-64141000-1369135657_thumb.jpg

Back from holiday.

I got a Bachmann VAA wagon at the New Forest show last Sunday morning.

Good to meet the Leaford crew.

A week's worth of rmweb to catch up and unpack the car before looking at weathering a couple of wagons to wind down after the drive home from Exmouth this afternoon.

Short answer, they're not.

I've been on holiday and then working away again.

I did have a quick 5 minutes on one last night and will try again over the weekend.

Thanks for the interest.

sat in the hotel tonight sketching plans to extend the sidings into something i can use to shunt and not just a photo board

see here

wish i'd thought about it better to begin with

i realy need either some paper templates or software but im making do with rough sketches until i get home again and try it with track for real

plenty of flexi track and points to play with

I have tried designing on paper/software, however there isn't anything as good as playing with real track, then doing a bit of shunting, working out what else you need.

I've lost track of how many times Beresford Junction has changed!

Surely you can take it in the boot of your car and take into the hotel. You might get some strange looks.
