Jeff Smith
Does anyone have any opinions on this kit. I plan to use Gibson P4 wheels. I understand from Finecast that the etched chassis has EM spacers, which I generally find suitable for P4.
RogerE
I have built one of these in P4, and have another one waiting to start! There are P4 spacers included. I used Sharman wheels, which were available when I originally bought it. also built I used transfers from the Engine Shed. It was the first successful P4 loco I built. Since then I have also built a F class loco (even easier to build) Recommended.
Jeff Smith
Great - that will be my next but one project. Next comes a scratch built (plasticard body) Metropolitan Bo-Bo with BullAnt bogies ordered a couple of years ago!
Kelly
At some stage I might well get one of these kits when I feel ready to tackle a whitemetal loco kit. I've got a SR P class kit to attempt first (and a whitemetal Bulleid WC somewhere, forget who by).
Horsetan
.... a whitemetal Bulleid WC somewhere, forget who by). Will be either by Genesis or Westward.
