RMweb Premium 7013 Posted June 19, 2012 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 19, 2012 I recently had an enforced change of computer, sadly my old computer went kaput and lost a lot of data and addresses. I am looking for a bogie of the type or similar to the photograph here. Also I am looking for brass/lost wax detailing parts for GWR engines (Chimneys.safety valves etc.). I would be very grateful if anyone could just throw in a couple of web addresses that I could look at and add to my new list. Thanks

RMweb Premium 7013 Posted June 22, 2012 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted June 22, 2012 Good afternoon to one and all, I wonder if anyone looking at the crane section of this photo could recommend a kit for the bogie? I have looked at the suggested sites and could 'bash' a bogie to bear some semblance to the one photographed. However ideally I would like to buy a kit that at least look similar to start with. Any ideas? Thanks
Rail-Online
Hi, No, it was a 'one (well a couple actually) off'. Tony
RMweb Premium 7013 Posted June 23, 2012 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted June 23, 2012 Cheers Tony, Yes I knew they only made about three of these delightful little engines. Looks like I will have to improvise the bogie which will be good for me. At least I have a good set of drawings to work from.
