Nice collection of Eddie stobart road stock. I know someone who has the new editions models through the post each month or so.

Do you have any rail stock? Or a layout as part of the distribution centre? Stobarts 66 and some intermodal wagons would suit well.

Maybe more information in a future update would attract more attention as I believe your thread has the uniqueness to become a hot topic.

Thanks,

Jack.

Are those depot workers Dutch?

Why? No there English because it is in Bristol. Hint; Bristol Model Eddie stobart depot. I got the workers from a toy construction set with traffic cones etc about 3 yrs ago.

Hello Jack,

Sadly, I don't have the room to build a rail connection. But I do have a little old 00 scale Eddie Stobart Steam engine. I will post the pics in my next update.

Hello Guys, decided to update a little early as I was bored. Not much has happened since the last update, but there are a few layout changes involving the vehicles. Pictures are as follows.

New Orange Flashing lights attached to Maintenance Van (not permanently fixed, not sure if I like those or a lightbar)

Hello guys please could you help me decide what orange lights I should have on my maintenance van. The Pictures of the different emergency lights are below.

Do you prefer the lightbar?

post-16419-0-98109400-1345628463_thumb.jpg

Or the triangular lights?

post-16419-0-58392300-1345628512_thumb.jpg

Please help me decide by replying to this post saying which one you prefer.

Cheers

Personally I prefere the longer flatter light fittings but each to their own.

Your model railway really is the ultimate in a shelf layout!

Hi, Thanks for your comment. I agree with you on the lightbar, it looks more modern. Im sure I have seen better shelf layouts than mine but if you think it is the best, :sungum: .

  • 1 year later...
  • 4 weeks later...

as the van you're looking at putting the light bar on is a MK3 escort van then it would more likely be a circular orange flashing light or a smaller light bar than the modern ones on the roof,

most likely mounted centrally either over the cab or over the axle.
