Midnight Metropolitain Set

I know this has been discussed on here before, but I can't find it. Is this set an accurate reproduction of an LT train, or have the wagons been repainted/marked in any way to distinguish them from BR stock?

I'm probably going to buy the set anyway cos' I don't half like the look of the red pannier, and the wagons will come in useful anyway, but it would be more attractive if more prototypical.

When I was in the UK briefly at the end of July, I visited the LT Museum. In the shop there were two or three of the earlier single LT Pannier release (32-217) still available.

Interestingly, the shop also had the NRM/Bachmann Midland Compound for sale. I suppose as two national museums they have some sort of sales agreement. Good if in London and you want to see before you buy...
