Which Budget Camcorder?

Hi, can anyone recommend a good camcorder for making model railway videos, preferably HD. I have a budget of approx £200.00.

So far, I've been using a Fujifilm Finepix S1700 digital bridge camera bought cheaply from ASDA.

However, although this camera produces reasonably good results with an HD facility, it makes an irritating clicking noise on playback.

This fault is well documented on the internet.

I now would like to use a camcorder which will, hopefully, produce better results.

Thanks,

Mal

don't go for a hitachi then, mine did similar, the mic was picking up the lens focusing

(enjoy the comments below the video!)

i currently have a lidl special camcorder, HD etc, very good for the money (£70ish) but hasn't seen the light of day as i use my iphone to do vids instead
