JeffP
Support your local modelshop. Or so I thought. I range TAG Models in Doncaster, knowing my local model shop in Scunthorpe carries very little 7mm stuff. Imagine my shock to be told, "We can't get Slater's, they have gone belly-up!" I queried this, but the gent was insistent, "It was in the last six months," he said. I then range Slater's, who HAVE NOT gone bust, and who will dispatch my needs today. How odd.......... R A Watson
You will probably find that Slaters do minimum invoice value on trade orders leading to the shop not wanting your order as it is not economic / viable to process it. Yet another aspect of the current retail environment I am affraid. Wally

Sam Moss
Slaters still going strong. They've moved from Matlock Bath to Darley Dale now.
JeffP
I was very surprised when told Slaters had gone bust....I would have expected to hear of it on here first, had it been true. Happily, it's not.
ozzyo
If Slater's had gone "bust" it would have been a wheely bad thing for us 7mm modellers. Sorry coat on and the door was shut, OzzyO.
