Sorry to do this to you Phil, but the droplights are shown in your first photograph. They are etched with the sides (and usually are packed still attached) and have the door ventilators inside them. My guess is that you extracted the ventilators and decided the 'frames' looked too useful to throw away and so put them in your scrap box, which is where they rested until you came along a day or two later looking for droplights, and lo and behold........
