mikeandnel
Can anyone advise me as to the correct pattern of roof vents fitted by the SECR to their PBV vans. Every drawing and photo I have found is indistinct. Graham Muz has a nice picture of his, but I still cannot make out the roof vents. Any advice or drawing would be appreciated. Thanks Michael
eastwestdivide
Did you mean PMV? (currently PB/M in the title, PBV in the post)
mikeandnel
For Eastwestdivide I am trying to detail an SECR PBV but they seem to be very similar to the PVM Michael
RMweb Gold Graham_Muz Posted August 14, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 14, 2013 I am not sure what you mean by PBV if you mean the ex SECR PLV (BR designation PMV) vans as per the Parkside kit then they had 4 torpedo vents. They were located on the longitudinal centre line of the roof and when viewed from the sides were in line with the centre of the panels on each side of the double doors.
