Dover, Car Loading Ramp...................

The loading ramp was on an old Bulleid chassis, I believe; it was owned by MAT, who loaded/unloaded cars and Land-Rovers at the old 'Military Platform'. The car-carrier was ex-works, part of a very large number being delivered in readiness for the (delayed) opening of the Channel Tunnel; sometimes, almost the entire load of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais were new wagons at this time, as there were car-carriers and container flats for the Tunnel, along with new flats for Freightliner, as well as wagons like those Buxton Lime Industry ones shown earlier.

Look great, so where did Yodel deposite them in the end?

In one of their...................Hubs,...... for 24 hours, cover's Next Day Delivery +1, ......Should have been delivered Friday......by 9.pm.
