MatthewEWS
Hi Saw this train (not the exact but similar) go past me today and was wondering what the yellow wagons were in front of the colas crane? See Video - I do not own the video
garethashenden
I believe they are used to transport assembled or partially assembled pointwork. They hold it at an angle so that it fits within the loading gauge.

tamperman36
They are called track panel wagons and carry preassembled point work to sites, they run with the bed at an angle to stay within loading gauge however the bed is hydraulicly operated and can be dropped flat at the worksite for unloading by cranes.
