I have purchased many items and repeatedly get free postage because I am regular customer and have my items grouped to reach the free postage minimum spend. The ease of ordering things with PayPal invoices being sent at the point the items come into stock makes getting anything a very simple process. A feature I have never seen with any other shop, is each locomotive comes with a slip saying when it was tested in shop before being wrapped up and posted. always gratifying to know that items ordered online are checked in store, some other shops could take note of this! The other thing that impresses me is the pricing structure, I know the manufacturers now have strict rules regarding prices of new items, but I know Sawyers always takes of as much as they are allowed and once the strict period is over there are some bargains to be had, you just have to act fast to get them!
