RMweb Gold Market65 Posted September 16, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi. I cannot currently use the Image Editor. I am getting the following error: 'The page your looking for doesn't exist'. Can anyone advise please? I'm using Firefox, and I'm on Windows 7. All the best, Market65. RMweb Gold DaveF Posted September 16, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 16, 2014 It's the same with Chrome this evening. It's fortunate I only use it now and then. David
Andy Y
Yes, it looks like there's an issue with the App. I will investigate but I'll remove it from the menu for now until resolved.

Andy Y
The bridging application for this software has been downloaded from another source and is now installed and tested. Should be running OK now.

Andy Y
Seems to be working OK at this end Bob (Chrome + Win7) but I've tested via your login and can verify that there is a problem. It seems that the Image Editor does not work when using RMweb 2013 as the theme, I switched your theme to RMweb 2014 and it worked OK (don't worry I've switched it back). I appreciate that you probably changed the theme to 2013 if you were having problems with Windows 8 compatability issues when editing etc. There's no logical reason why it shouldn't work so I'll have to look more deeply into that hole. Andy Y
I've flushed and rebuilt the caches for the 2013 theme and it seems to work now.
