wombatofludham
Right place, right time for once. This morning we had the most spectacular sunrise over Fairbourne, I've never seen such an orange sunrise, usually they tend towards pink or yellow, but today the approaching thunderstorm, also coming from the east, and several days of dry weather and high dust content just combined to give this effect.Absolutely genuine, no Photoshop or filters. It looked like someone had detonated an H-Bomb.Fiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on FlickrFiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on FlickrFiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on FlickrFiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on FlickrFiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on FlickrFiery Sunrise over Fairbourne 27/5/17 by wombatofludham, on Flickr

RMweb Premium melmerby Posted June 10, 2017 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 10, 2017 (edited) Whilst posting in another part of the forum I realised I had this taken during a thunderstorm in Switzerland It's a frame grab form my VHS-C video, hence the poor quality.
