woodenhead
Any chance of a video of 9016 with it's smoke and sound?
47707 Holyrood
Absolutely fantastic layout and locomotives. Can i ask what paint and colour you used to paint your rails? The ones outside the signal box look exactly like the real things in my eyes. :icon_wave:
Pete Harvey
John has asked me to tell you about the track. This was all airbrushed with Precision P979 Track Colour (weathered sleepers) then once it had all dried I then used Tamiya weathering powders Rust colour to pick out the rail sides and the rail chairs some sections were given a second coat over the join in the base boards just to help to blend it all in. I hope that this help? Pete

devious diesel
I like your fuel point. Not seen one before with that overhead tank arrangement, is it a freelance design or is it based on an actual location?. Really like the layout and the stock by the way. More pictures and videos please. Regards David.

Pete Harvey
David Here are some pictures taken while I was building the fuelling stage for John's layout. Putting the Tank above the track got the tank out of the way but meant it could still be used for effect. Pete
