      #103 People who ask for directions and then either 1) ask if there are any other routes or 2) ask if you are sure. Number 2 I normally answer that I am not Sure I am Chris! or say that George Bernard no longer works here!

      Chap phones home yesterday inquiring about motor refurbs, Andrea tells him that I'm at work, he then promptly asks her if she's the one who makes the tea - he's lucky not to have been told where to stick his motors LOL
