It has been a good year the garden has been buzzing and going by all the seed heads doing a good job I think the highlight of the the year was the amount of holly blue butterflies been loads this year had 4 birds nest a robin in the pittosporum in the front garden a pigeon and blackbird in the bay tree in the back garden and blue tits in the nest box I am changing the pond bed around a bit the yellow loosestrife has been dug up as it was getting very invasive the purple knap weed has been moved from the right side of the pond to the back of the pond the large white scabious has been move from the left hand side of the pond to the back of the pond two devils bit scabious have been planted on the right hand side of the pond the pond has also been netted to keep the fallen leaves out some late colour with the aster hemp agrimony seed head John

while at Arundel wetland centre i took this picture of a spectacled eider the beak looks like it is sticking it's tongue out John

well I don't know where some drivers get there licences from Cycling home tonight going round a roundabout a car comes to join from the next road round from whereI had but instead of stopping and letting me pass he pulled out in front of me nearly knocking me off but instead of saying sorry he starts yelling at me that i should have stopped as he had right of way as I was only a cyclist and should not be on the road I have phoned the police giving his reg and details but i don't expect them to do any thing John
