If you really want a Mashima, Branchlines are still advertising them, which types I do not know. Or john Isherwood of Cambridge Custom transfers is selling a Mashima look alike. I bought two which I have not used yet, tried looking for them so I could be clever and post the dimensions but they have escaped in my stores non-system so I am foolish!! Both retailers have been very helpful.

You mean there wasn't at least five types of chimneys, umpteen tenders, different domes, left and right hand drive, different exhaust ejector pipework, Stanier or Fowler wheelsets, plain or fluted rods, waterscoops or not, train heat pipes, bufferbeams with rod end covers or blanks, early or late buffers, sorry but I'm running out of ink.....

There’s something rather fun about using DCC to run double headed trains just because you can!

My earlier status update was a bit sweary so I shall replace it with this far more seasonal one which contains no swearing. Good will to all! Except couriers.

has just enjoyed 'Brief Encounter' with the good diction, every word could be heard. Well I'm old fashioned! Ah well...back to those awfully tedious supermarket adverts. The only relief is the perfume ads...!

How great is it that us Scottish modellers can hold a proper RTR ‘yin ae oor ain’ in hand at long last. Braw!

is very annoyed at whoever it was that flew the drones over Gatwick, meaning all flights have been suspended...

has had a notification from Ultrascale that my order is in progress. I'm not entirely sure what it was for now...

I've spent a happy evening wrapping presents, well out of earshot of the jig-dancing final!

I get the feeling from my latest attempt to buy my grandson's Xmas present that if you are a previous customer of Amazon it's Amazon Prime or not at all. (After three attempts I chose Waterstones)

Mmmm, Marmite and toast with a hot coffee, only cause there's no biscuits.

That moment when you meet a fellow Rmwebber for real and they say to you "So, you're the one with the toilet habits"
