  1. Thanks. I'm still 'virtually' here just not in the country much these days and when I am, it's not best practice to disappear off down to Beresford Junction all the time :-) Are you still working away a lot? Phil
  2. Ah yes good point. Have placed an 'order' today to cheer me up a bit more. Phil
  3. Well, strange you should ask... Despite me spending a lot of time working overseas at the moment, I have actually managed to make some changes. So you can work out which bit this is, in the background of the first photo is where the helix comes up (once it is re-connected). I've added some more sidings which are accessed from the other longer sidings on the main board if you see what I mean. I've been doing some playing and it is quite good fun moving things back and forwards. Progress likely to be slow, but I'm still here. Phil
  4. And looks like I'm going to need to start fixing the catenary...
  5. I'll put you down for both the yellow and grey/blue sets....
  6. And guess what - I'm off there again on Tuesday! - hopefully someone will break in while I'm away and 'finish' it all off.
  7. Who's this on RMWeb I hear you asking - I thought Beresford Junction had disappeared a long time ago.... Well I've finally grabbed a couple of hours to re-jig the track so I can fit my 8 coach + 2 power cars in. A bit of engineering was required and I've taken the opportunity to do some future proofing ready for the extra roundy roundy bit in another hundred years (the point going off to mid-air at the moment). Not sure when I'm going to get chance to finish it off with current work commitments, but at least I've started. Phil
  8. Linking the class 20 action there..... Also a good way to store all your 'spare parts' - I must get organised like that myself. Phil
  9. The real version and the Beresford Junction version....
  10. Finally back in the UK after a couple of weeks - mostly spent on airplanes but did manage a trip on the Acela Express from Philadelphia to Washington DC - man was that a bumpy ride. Philadelphia station The Acela Express Arrived at Union Station Union Station, Washington DC Back in the office tomorrow to pick up the package. Phil
  11. Hi Neil I'm currently away traveling for work so no changes, however I did put in an order before I left a couple of weeks ago - I'll do an update on my return. Phil
  12. *** Correction *** I think that should really be quite high, i.e. more locos per foot
  13. The loco per track foot ratio is quite low meaning I can squeeze more in ;-)
  14. A quick shot of my £45 bargain picked up at Brockenhurst.
  15. Another fun day running Tidworth with the boys - some pics attached, Have another great day tomorrow. Phil
  16. Unfortunately yes - I'm spending nearly as much time away from home with work as you. A couple of new additions did arrive last week and get plonked on ready for a quick photo. I've decided to put any massive infrastructure projects on hold. Phil
  17. And a bit of video I managed to catch earlier today. Phil
  18. And some pictures from me.... More great detail added since I last operated it in March @Basingstoke. Thanks to all for a fun day out. Phil
  19. Some moving pictures from yesterday - enjoy..... Phil
  20. Morning.... A few more photos from yesterday at the Basingstoke show.
  21. A couple of shots of the engineering works that took place when Ian left the stand for a few minutes Another enjoyable day out and I don't think I managed to blow anything up today. I'll upload a few more and perhaps even some video if I find any decent footage. Phil
  22. You're such a trend setter - I was thinking of putting mine on eBay a bag at a time
  23. Thanks for helping out Dave. They are the next batch of SPAs from Hugh at FTG Models - the first was the RailFreight red. The Network Rail ones come as a set of 5 for £105 including P&P. Phil
