its a tool put together by modellers to display at varying levels of detail (numpty, not a complete numpty and pretty knowledgeable) the CVs of a decoder with the related switches.. so if you know you need to set CV29 to a particular value it will display what it is currently, allow you to edit it, write the new value to your decoder and save the value on your computer. it will also allow you to create a throttle on your display with buttons for each function. The community of users create new decoder and controller definitions as required as well as providing support to the less experienced. They don't share sound files, butwill advise as to your settings if approached politely.
