Update with the Voyager working a "summer saturday" service also some low relief buildings have been added.
  3. Yes i agree, it looks a lot better. How did you do this? Was it a easy conversion? Matt
  4. Hello I like your 37`s, have they been lowered? The bogies seem to sit better against the shell then the other ones i`ve seen. Matt

oooops, sorry, should have said. Its N gauge. The layout is 5ft long and 9" wide. Am thinking of buying more stock as i have a good sized fiddle yard. Maybe some network rail coaches i can top and tail or a RHTT train. Matt

I had someone else build the layout for me, i just enjoy adding the detailing bits. The sky was already painted, it looks like its painted blue then a white sponge dabbed to make clouds. Here is some pictures with my stock added. Matt
  10. Here is my new layout. Its 90% complete, just need bit more station detailing and people. My stock is 2 Northern Rail 156, 1 Northern Rail 153, EWS 66 x 2, rake of weathered silver bullets. Based on a seaside town that the freight comes in and runs around to head down the branch (under the bridge) to the docks. More pictures to follow once i get the stock up and running. Matt
  11. Hello Personally i dont mind that there slightly different. Once weathered it makes it look more realistic with sun fading, everyday dirt etc etc. At the end of the day, if you dont like it dont buy it.. No one is forcing you too? Matt
  12. Hello. Have been following this with interest. Just a idea, would a del prado eurostar with abit of modifying help with the front end? Matt
  13. I was at Hereford the other day and walked over the bridge Ludlow end of the station. Both sidings have been treated to new track and ballast under the bridge. The 2 sidings run into a caged around (guess to stop vandals if anything decent is stabled over night?) and a rather large single storey Network Rail office has been built along side the sidings with car parking infront. http://www.flickr.com/photos/37468455@N07/7652628818/
  14. this looks great. i have 2 of the Dapol 67 wrexham & shropshire boxsets that i`m thinking of moving on... not to sure when they buffets will be coming out so am giving up and going onto other things. matt
  15. also, if your stick with modern image.. how about network rail/colas stone blowers, cranes etc. no one makes these yet and they would be great siding fillers.
  16. maybe its just me....but wont doing a short 4 wheelbase model be abit risky for the "dead section" on points. i`d love to see a 175 in arrivawales, not sure if anyone has this model in the pipe line.... thanks,
