      I still have the GW150 Edition set, containing a King, 3 GW coaches, an oval of track, a 1/4amp controller, and a certificate.

      I think my first set was the Triang/Hornby freightmaster with Class 31 D5572. I inherited it from my dad, my own first was a tender driver FS set from 1993. I loved that artwork.

      hi there i took delivery today of boath the ne black and apple green yes i agree with you fantastic locos.ill be doing a review of them on monday .the black version look so nice .

    Fantastic, Tornado nameplates arrived! Already look far better than Hornby's printing!

      All fixed on now, though I couldn't get the secondary plates lined up too well so they're about 1mm off, but it'll do.

    a little disappointed in the printed nameplate on Hornby BR Green Tornado, so fox transfers nameplates will fix that!

      Gotta love Fox. They have really perked up so many of my models....

      I was a little frustrated when i bought the train pack for £135, I thought that it would come with the brass nameplates the special edition did. I also noticed that the secondary plate isn't printed neither so couldn't resist some fresh brass ones.
