It's just occurred to me that I does have one of them... trouble is it's in S&DJR livery (I kept seeing it on every visit to the Titfield Funderbolt Bookshop and felt sorry for it ). How am I going to work that into the 1950s ish / 1960s ish (summer) timetable? Saw rite: She'll be appearing on one of them RICKETS specials from time to time after being taken into the National Collection and restored to S&DJR Prussian Blew. Sorted! B.Ullshitter .

I'm actually toying with the ideal of building another crossover but in ply with plastic chairs (and the odd rivet). I think I've still got enough turnout timber strip and plenty of chairs, courtesy of Dr Quackenstein™. I still haven't got a finalised track plan. Cheerzes Edit: One thing is definite and that is the crossover is an A5 wiv a 9ft switch. .

Yep, a very good investment, I think they were £25. Parallel pliers are pretty much essential for me for track building. I don't have the gentle touch and end up pinching one side of everything otherwise.
