      I click on RMweb and it loads - nothing else seems to load before it, I think.

    Yesterday's message throughout the day was "We are sorry you cannot use your Virgin Media broadband. The latest update we have is that the problem should now be fixed. Our engineers are just running some final tests to confirm. We're working to complete this as soon as possible."
