That actually looks quite good (though fictional).

That clip just reminded me why I dont watch Judge Judy. Not looking at the evidence, preventing the defendant from saying anything in defence and threatening the defendant with social services and shouting at the defendant to "get a job!" all are standard Judge Judy fare. Think Jeremey Kyle in a gown and sitting up on a bench.

I think she did look at the evidence. Apparantly somewhere in the advert it said that one was bidding for a picture. It also said that the item weighed 4.5 oz. Apparently the picture was not 4.5 oz.

Don't forget that Judge Judy has already read the papers that

were submitted by both parties prior to the hearing.

I would agree that the find a member function will find his name but if you go to the details to check his feedback or whatever it says "No longer a registered user" which to my mind says he is no longer on eBay although they still show a record that this user name has been used in the past!

Red Baron, I never made any comment to the effect that I think the seller is genuine, nor did I say the opposite. My problem is with the posts implying that this particular individual has done something illegal, when no evidence to back that up was produced.

That is interesting because when I went on eBay this morning and clicked on his profile it said he was no longer a registered user and I have checked again now and it still says that!

My first instincts are this is some mid teens tea leaf (probably one of those featured as a fuzzy blob in a nicked Vauxhall Corsa with no insurance on Police Interceptors on Channel 5) who is offloading some bent goods. Something is very much not right about this...

He is no longer a registered user by the looks of things, methinks either Ebay saw something fishy was going on or he has had his collar felt (probably not for the first time) by the local constabulary.

He IS still a member. I just checked. His items may be gone, but he is still registered.

Also John I am very curious to know what evidence you have that justifies your first post and the second half of your second post. Your statements could be very defamatory about a specific and identifiable person.
