    Just been sent a photograph of 60136 Alcazar with my late grandfather grinning out of the cab. Ethereal moment - I had started modelling this engine before knowing about this photograph!

      While researching the works rail system, I showed a picture to a colleague of a Sentinel with his late maternal Grandfather in the cab doorway. He took it to show his mother who burst into tears!

      I had a period in my life when that was almost a daily occurrence . I solved what to do with my time by carrying a small box of modelling tools and supplies in the vehicle together with a couple of kits and got more productive modelling done than at any other time ever.

      I gave up the J2-J12 daily crawl and just take the train when I need to go to the office. Much more relaxing

    4VEP facelift commences. The MJT end improves things I think, just need to paint and glaze really.
