My thoughts:- You can only model 56091-135 (cab aircon vent). But 091-135 were not fitted with the coupling guard grid. It has a NRN radio aerial, but does not have the Immingham reliability modification, so you can model between circa 1988-95. As it stands from the CAD’s, the loco exhibited never actually existed! its a ‘FRANKENGRID’

John was a bit hit or miss when you used to have to tie him down at a show (Guildex) and claim his show stock! Had to do it with 3 PCA kits and 2 CO2 TTA. Still have loads of his oleo buffers and air pipes (lost wax)

Here is a thought. If all the crowdfunders cash was deposited in DJM’s personal account/PayPal rather than a business account and he subsequently transferred that cash into the business, could that not explain the £50k Director loan? In the books, the money came from him, but it was actually YOUR cash and he becomes the creditor a bit further up the tree from the individuals. IIRC, the £50k could also be what he thinks he is owed by the business for his time/salary/dividend from the business.

Just been sent the Hattons email with their painted samples. is the bottom body side cab step to big as the yellow cuts through it rather than being flush with the edge? The headcode box looks massive and they have painted the whole headcode box black rather than just the plate that replaced the glass. The black ontop of the nose and cab windows should be Matt to prevent reflections. Disappointing after the 45 and 25/3.

One regret I have is never having a camera with me one night at Eastfield when 26004 had its wooden ‘Spirit of Springburn’ name plates when released from the Caley in red stripe railfreight.

These were used in rakes of POA & MEA on the Killoch - Methil Coal slurry circuit.
