Had a great day! Saw the Geismar, the 3 111s, 90, 94 (out shopped within minutes of us seeing them!) (unfortunaltly we didn't see anything in action and missed the shunt) but has heard from a reliable source that THE GATWICKS AND THE DBSO WILL BE PRESERVED!!!

WAHEY! Off to Belfast to go trainspotting with, "the gang." Wish us luck so that we get the chance to film a 111 (or even better, a 450 or an 80!)

Did you know that the CSET O&K Locos had a well tank as well as side tanks, making them 0-4-0T+WT, and that they also had an injector on one side and a pump on the other despite being built in the 1930s? You learn something new every day, eh?

These pictures are great. What differs them from a, "real," picture? If these, say, were shown to a non-enthusiast, would they be able to distinguish them from a real picture? And if they would be able to tell the difference, how? Will modelling ever get any more realistic? -

My generation is screwed: the majority of people in my class do not know who David Cameron is or know how to use a compass, while they frown upon the small amount of people who try to do well in their exams and do volunteer work rather than play, "Xbox," or whatever and listening to, "pop," music while wasting their lives on Facebook. Depressing, isn't it?
