    Just been to the DWP website and found that I can only use upper case letters to fill text boxes -- including the password box. Must be a rare sort of genius to get that to happen.

      Slightly more esoteric: the Ordnance Survey site won't let you use Welsh accented letters on the cover of your build-your-own Welsh map, even though you can have the map legend in Welsh. Unicode? We've heard of it.
