    I have noticed TMS models have a couple of completed Motorail coaches up for £327 each, look to be built and painted to a high level though.

    I'm far from a nit picker or 'rivet counter', but if I can see it straight away then it must be very noticeable. I'm not trying to put any models down, or be derogatory, but merely an observation. I don't like to be like some on here who will pick at a model till the rest of the forum get irritated.

    The stepped line underneath the body should go under the cab too when looking at photos, where as the model has a flush nose and buffer beam area and the raised that goes round the body where the colours meet seems very prominent.

    Hi, I'm afraid I wasnt a backer due to Xmas and funds etc, but payday has since passed. Cheers I noticed you can order via rapido but no options to which running numbers etc.

    Its a modified Heljan 47. I would quite like a 57 kit or JLTRT to produce a 47 to modify into a 57 at some point.

    The dellners were some I drew up in Rhino 3D then sent off to shapeways. They are not prototypically accurate, but easily distinguishable. the nose ends are MMP resin 57/6 ends.

    Alas here is the 57, I'm not too happy with the dellners so I have ordered a second set that I will place higher up and recess more. At least it vaguely looks like a 57, I'm also not too happy with the grille fit, but it should do, again, these can always be re done later. This is my first conversion as I'm used to Waterman kits.

    I feel your pain Brian, I also had to bidge a couple of bogie details (brake gear and the White metal brake linkage supports to enamel my Heljan 47 to go round corners. Only once I had assembled everything did I realise. At least it won't be a 47 for much longer .

    You sir, have too many nice locos. When can we expect the locos to arrive? also, do you spray or use transfers for the cantrail stripes?

    It will possibly need some fettling/ adjusting to fit on the Heljan, but that shouldn't be a problem.

    I have a drawing with dimensions for the eurolight, but it's not the uk variant 68. I managed to bash a basic delner drawing and send to shapeways today. Although I suspect they may say some parts are too fragile to print. What is the exact list of wagons you have out of interest?

    I would also like a 7mm class kit 68 please and some delners for a body snatcher conversion I'm doing from a 7mm Heljan.

    Tbh, looking at the comparison, I notice the chunky window surrounds more than the shape initially and the square box between the lights is recessed in the prototype, but protruding on the model.

    Will this possibly open Heljan to other locos that never ran in green? Specifically 56's or 58's etc.

    I have stripped all the paint off mine prior to fitting together, the gaps even after tweaking are not promising. I think if I do get an a4 eventually I'll get the proper DJH/ piercy kit.
