Anybody been Peking?

Hello all, Well, my GWR liveried one has arrived from Rails of Sheffield.... a nice model indeed (photo attached) - worth the money. FYI runs very smoothly on DC even with the DCC chip still in (on an H&M controller). One extremely minor gripe is the engine-tender connection bar - never have I seen a more shiny piece of metal [much more than is usual]! Black paint is required! Had it pulling a fair old rake of weighty wagons [note - weighty not eighty ]- no slippage encountered at all thus far. I will keep experimenting...!
