There are no thunderbirds these days for thunderbirds- the 57/3's have all gone . Plan B is now if a pendo is a total failure. , a second pendo is either hooked on the front or back , and can then be driven in either direction to clear the track. -

Usually because Ebay have an offer on ....... Last week selected sellers were given a free listing and 25% final value fees on up to a 100 listed items. So high priced items make it worthwhile to put a bulk load of "Ghost Listings" on the site , then list over the next few days or even a month if you use Buy-It-Now's ... If they dont get used they just drop off the end with no charges anyway.

Are you using the right cable , should be the flat one and not the curly one , and are you using the correct socket of the pair on the black panel with the red LED on it..

Probably the distance selling regulations come into it, particularly if its 'used'.If there's a fold or tear or writing and its not described and you are not 'happy' , send it back - no questions asked....

Went to Chasewater light Railway yesterday and spotted about 8 there , mainly at Chasewater Heaths station sidings.. Got a few pics of them , but didnt note any numbers.. was just pottering rather than spotting.

Simply having a metal case does noy automatically mean its "unsafe" - depends if the transformer and mains wiring generally is double insulated, and the method of construction generally. I dont know the Marshall personally so the above comment is a general comment and not a specific comment about any electrical item.
