Response from Hattons yesterday when I asked why my pre order was cancelled

I was advised this by another retailer not Hattons. This retailer had there orders cut from 20 to 2 for the Hush Hush. I was just passing on what I was told. So we will just have to wait and see where this goes in the future.

Hornby have cancelled basically all pre orders to retailers of the Hush Hush. You have to order direct from Hornby or through Model Zone stores with in WH Smith outlets. This is Hornbys sneaky way of saying they are still,selling through retailers. It will happen more and more in the future.

I ordered mine basically the day you could place an order and it arrived in Melbourne Australia last wednesday., I am a W so I don't think its by name.

Sound fitted GT3 arrived today in Melbourne Australia. Ran beautifully out of the box for over an hour. Well done guys now onto the Fell and Leader.

I ordered mine when It was announced whenever that was. It has left Heathrow and should be here in Melbourne Tuesday or Wednesday. So pleased KR have used DHL.

Well I am in Australia so I will probably get mine delivered at least three weeks after any UK deliveries. I am happy to wait, knowing the name of the ship or port its going to dock in is not going to get it delivered any quicker. Once I get the tracking number I will make sure I am home to receive it, thats all I am interested in.

When was the last time Hornby, Bachmann or any other manufacturer gave out the listing of stock and the name of the ship it was on?

Clean the wheels and make sure the pick ups are making contact. Mine had two pick ups not making contact with the wheels. The wheels themselves needed cleaning. Now the sound does not cut out on the move.

Mine derailed in a couple of spots on my layout. It was the track that was the problem. Once i adjusted the track it has been fine. -
My sound fitted model arrived today in Melbourne Australia. Very well packed delivered with signature by UPS.

Mine did it in a couple of places but it was the track not the dynamometer carraige. Any slight drop in track level and it will derail. Once i adjusted the track level it is running fine. -
i spoke I spoke to them yesterday. Overseas orders are being sent from today Tuesday.

Kernow Model Rail Centre - Bulleid Diesel

Mine was the same only picking up on one axle at each end. I had to remove the plate on the bottom of each bogie and adjust 12 pick ups. Once done it is running beautifully fitted with sound. -
Models to be sent overseas will start to be posted on Wednesday. Just spoke to locomotion.

Paul, Thanks for your great work on this project. I have two sound fitted. By far the easiest loco to fit sound to i have.

I would say paying £36 for postage they should only take 2 to 4 business days to arrive in Australia and New Zealand.

Mine arrived today in Melbourne. Set the addresses seperately both units run the same way and motors start up seperately evety time. Sooud is great. Thanks Charlie arrived in fantastic condition very well packed.

i was responding to another who had not had his credit debited who was asking if they were still being despatched. I am not in a hurry for it. I love Leeds visited in september last year have been three times.
